30-day unconditional refund. Email cri.clinicalresearchinsider@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and I'll refund your order in full. You don't need to give a reason, and you can keep the files.

How refunds are processed. Refunds go back to the card or account used at checkout, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments and receipts. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt and card statement will show Paddle.
