Who you're buying from

Clinical Research Insider is run by James, trading as a sole trader. By buying a product or using this site you agree to these terms. Contact: cri.clinicalresearchinsider@gmail.com.

The products

This site sells digital products — guides and templates delivered as downloads — and, as part of the Career Kit, a personal CV review service. Downloads are delivered immediately after purchase via the confirmation page and email. Product descriptions on this site set out what each product contains.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction, handles payment and applicable taxes, and issues your receipt. Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Your card statement will show Paddle.

The CV review

The CV review included in the Career Kit works as described on the Career Kit page: you send your CV after purchase, and the review is returned within 3 business days of being taken up. Reviews are capped at 10 a month; if the month's slots are taken, your review queues for the next month and you'll be told when to expect it. The review has no expiry — use it when you're ready. It includes one revision pass as described on the product page.

Refunds and the Interview Guarantee

Every product carries a 30-day unconditional refund — the full policy is at /refunds. The Career Kit additionally carries the Interview Guarantee, whose full conditions are at /guarantee. Where anything on this page differs from those two pages, those pages govern.

What you can do with the downloads

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guides and templates for your own career. You may edit the templates freely for your own applications. You may not resell, republish, or share the files or download links, or use the material to build a competing product. The content remains the intellectual property of Clinical Research Insider.

What this site doesn't promise

The products are careers information and application materials, built from real experience in the industry. They are not a promise of employment, interviews or any particular outcome, except as expressly set out in the Interview Guarantee. Hiring decisions belong to employers.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, total liability arising from your purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the Australian courts have jurisdiction — without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. The terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase.
